Mark has over 30 years of field experience working on radio broadcast studios, transmitters, and antenna systems.  He is a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer with the Society of Broadcast Engineers.  

In late 2011, it was decided that Mark should let others do field work.  He is now in the shop repairing equipment and the office selling equipment.  

Mark is also known as the Radio Doctor.

Mark and Paula use custom built desks that are computer keyboard height for ease of use.    

Paula was trained as a professional secretary. She worked as a closing secretary at a local real estate company and as a legal secretary at an attorney's office before working here.  She is well suited to the job.  Paula uses dual computer monitors to improve her work efficiency.

Paula knows computer software too.  She wrote five Microsoft Access database applications and has written three websites.  As a part of our business, Paula taught Intuit Quick Books Pro to owners of several local businesses.

Paula is an Extra Class Amateur Radio operator with the call sign WØHA.  This helps her understand technical requests from clients.  The e-mail for Paula is:  tech@mwpersons.com

Josie, the cat, watches every move to make sure the office is run right.

This shop, and the two previous ones, have handled thousands of broadcast equipment repairs over the years.  In addition, hundreds of custom electronic devices have been built for the radio broadcast industry.
