M. W. Persons and Associates is doing repairs on Zercom Broadcast equipment.  This includes:  Maxi-Tel, Maxi-Two, Max-Z, Max-ZII, ZH-2 Telephone Hybrid, Gain Box, DA-8S Audio Distribution Amplifier, 25 Hz Tone Processor, and PS-2 Patch Switch.  Sorry, Zercom Marine products are not repaired here.

No return authorization is required, but it is best to e-mail us before sending equipment in for repair.  Ship to:

Include a list of all known problems with the unit and a good street address for return shipping.  We also need an e-mail address and phone number to call if there are questions.  Provide a fax number so that the invoice can be sent at the time we ship.

The cost is $75.00/hour plus parts and shipping.  Most units require 1 to 2 hours of labor and will be shipped back via COD UPS unless you send a check after we determine the total cost.  That will save the COD charge.  If a unit is not economically repairable, there is no charge except for the return shipping if you want it back.  We normally ship via United Parcel Service.  We do not ship packages to destinations outside of the 50 United States.

Sorry, we do not handle credit cards or PayPal.  You can pre-pay by check to keep your cost down after we complete the repair.   Make checks payable to: M. W. Persons.
