Engineer's Log of Mark W. Persons |
Saturday, May 7, 2011: Sunrise at the Aerial Bridge in Duluth, Minnesota, was somewhat spectacular that day. More photos at: http://gilbertlodge.com/2011/05-07-11-duluth-sunrise.html |
Mark was off to a spring hamfest put on by the Arrowhead Radio Amateurs Club in Superior, Wisconsin. Amateur radio and other electronic equipment is bought, sold, and traded at events like this. |
As usual, Mark met up with old friends like Harold Bramstedt from Grand Marais, Minnesota. |
Randy Wabik from WEBC Radio in Duluth was there with his son Jeremiah. |
Then it was off to lunch |

Brett Gibson from KDNW Radio in Duluth was there with his son T.J. Hamburgers are the specialty at the Anchor Bar. Good food and good company.

Paula had the cook put blue cheese on her hamburger. It doesn't get any better than this! Paula, did you say you were on a diet? |
| Quote of the day: Good friends and good clients make for a good life. Mark |
The stories go on and on. Stop in
again sometime. I'll leave the soldering iron on for you.
