When shipping, please include the instruction manual for the equipment in case it is not in our files. Also send a letter indicating the known problems along with your name, company name, shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Best to put the equipment in a plastic bag before putting it in a box with packing peanuts. The test bench setup includes, among other things, a 1 GHz spectrum analyzer, a 3 GHz spectrum analyzer, FM modulation monitor, audio test equipment, RF wattmeter, and 1000 watt dummy load. Interestingly, we receive equipment for repair from across the country. In 2011, we either built or repaired equipment destined for Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming. The list just gets longer. In 2010, that list included Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, and American Samoa in the Pacific Ocean.
